Chairman
Dr. Sangu Delle leads CarePoint as its Chairman. He leads the global operations, spearheads fundraising and investor relations, heads CarePoint’s investment committee and oversees all global offices.
Prior to joining CarePoint, Sangu served from 2006 to 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Palm Investments Corporation (“GPIC”), a venture capital firm he founded. GPIC has invested in some of the leading healthcare and technology companies on the continent including Andela, Flutterwave, mPharma, Reliance HMO and Rabito Clinic Limited. GPIC portfolio companies have raised over $900 million in venture financing. Sangu has had previous work experience at Valiant Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Sangu serves on the Board of Directors and advisory boards of multiple global institutions, including CarePoint, mPharma, Andela, Harvard Medical School’s Global Health and Service Advisory Council, Harvard’s Center for African Studies and Ashesi University.
Sangu graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Highest Honors) in African Studies and Economics from Harvard College, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He holds an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership from Oxford University’s Said School of Business. Sangu is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.

Non-Executive Director
Geoffrey Kristof focuses on real estate and private equity special situation investments at APL, a private investment firm with a $5 billion USD balance sheet that invests opportunistically across various asset classes and geographies.
Prior to joining APL, Geoffrey was an investment professional at Bridgewater Associates, where he worked on a 12-person team managing a $200 billion USD alpha currency book. Geoffrey received an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. Impressively, in high school, Geoffrey was the number 1 ranked debater in the nation.

Non-Executive Director
Ms. Eva Yazhari leads Beyond Capital Ventures (BCV), an emerging markets venture capital fund offering a diversified portfolio of early-stage purpose-driven companies in “need-to-have” sectors, led by conscious leaders. She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Beyond Capital Fund, as well as a seasoned investor, conscious entrepreneur, leading author, and podcast host. At BCV, Eva is pioneering equity and power transformation in venture capital, giving ownership to every founder in the BCV portfolio.
Eva has built Beyond Capital to be a recognized global brand. Its portfolio improves the lives of a growing 83 million low-income individuals, including investments in Kasha, a technology-driven e-commerce women's health company in East Africa, and FreshR, a market linkage agriculture supply chain business in India. BCV’s portfolio companies are targeting addressable markets numbering billions of consumers and are uniquely poised for commercial financial returns as well as measurable impact returns. Eva sits on the board of Viebeg and is an observer on the boards of Lal10, Redwing Labs, Frontier Markets, Zanifu, and Xeno. For the Beyond Capital Podcast, Eva has interviewed more than 75 purpose-driven leaders to shed light on their professional and personal stories. She has also explored the various angles of conscious money and living on The Conscious Investor, an online magazine she founded.
Eva is a graduate of Barnard College with a degree in Mathematics.

Board Observer
Ted Breyer is Managing Partner at Breyer Labs, an investor at Breyer Capital and a Sequoia Scout investor focusing on angel and seed investments. Ted holds a BA from Harvard University and an MA from Tsinghua University in Beijing. Ted currently manages a diverse portfolio of companies from the US, China, and Africa through Breyer Labs and Breyer Capital. The fund has invested in technology and social impact companies including Facebook, Etsy, Spotify, Headspace, Stash and mPharma.

Non-Executive Director
Juliette M. Tuakli MD, MPH, has been a leader in women’s, children's, and public health for several decades. For the past 17 years, she has been at the helm of the CHILDAccra Medical Group, growing the organization from a small paediatric clinic into an acclaimed regional medical conglomerate providing world-class medical care, community health research and development, and medical education, for students and researchers from Africa, Europe and the USA.
Dr. Tuakli has contributed her expertise to many international agencies including the World Bank, WHO, and UNICEF, and her work has been adopted by several public health programs in both the US and Africa. Her body of work ranges from the comprehensive health of women and children, to maritime health, and neglected tropical diseases.
She has authored seminal publications on gender, nutrition and HIV management in Africa. At Harvard Medical School/Children’s Hospital of Boston, her research led to the addition of a new department for Community Paediatric Health. In 2006, she co-founded the highly successful MOREMI Initiative: a Pan-African female leadership program.
Having chaired various United Way Worldwide committees (the world's largest private NGO), she was the first female to Chair the Board of Trustees for United Way Worldwide (UWW). She has since facilitated the creation of United Way in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa.
As the first female Rotary president of the premier Anglophone club in Africa, Dr. Tuakli successfully promoted legislation which protects not only disabled people but also the orphans and vulnerable children of Ghana; in 2016 this work was hailed by the African Union. She has served on the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative Executive Board and, more recently, for Zenith Bank as independent non-executive director. She is also on the board of the Global Virus Network.
Dr. Tuakli has had a long-standing relationship with Mercy Ships International where she chaired an inaugural Medical Review Committee overseeing medical research and international publications. She is now their appointed Africa Ambassador.

Meeting Secretary
Adom Arthur is the Chief of Staff to the CEO of CarePoint. Adom is responsible for streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. He oversees all strategic communication and the branding of CarePoint and all its healthcare facilities. Adom currently serves as Meeting Secretary to the Board of Directors of CarePoint, Meridian Health Group and Rabito Clinic Limited.
Prior to CarePoint, Adom spent 7 years working in international development and advertising with functions spanning marketing strategy and planning, brand development and design, public relations, communications, media strategy and digital advertising. As Director of Marketing and Fundraising for Cleanacwa, an international non-profit in the Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) sector, Adom worked closely with government organizations, NGOs, charities, and other stakeholders in the WASH sector. He established global partnerships with many institutions of higher learning including Harvard University, Ashesi University and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also led fundraising activities that helped raise over $200,000 for water and sanitation projects.
Adom obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Business Management (Logistics and Operations) from Cardiff University, UK, and a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Marketing Management from Aston University. He also has a CIPS Level 6 graduate diploma from Cardiff University in Purchasing & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Banguu Delle is the Chief Operations Officer of CarePoint. He oversees growth expansion, business development and marketing across all CarePoint healthcare facilities. He is also responsible for expansion into new markets across Africa. Banguu’s role also extends to building and nurturing relationships and partnerships between CarePoint, its brand companies and external stakeholders. Banguu has extensive experience in operations, investments, and general business management.
Prior to CarePoint, Banguu served as the Chief Operations Officer for Golden Palm Investments Corporation, where he oversaw and managed the company’s operations in Africa. He served on the Investment Committee and had P&L responsibility for the Healthcare and Agribusiness divisions. Banguu also previously served as General Manager of Rabito Clinic Limited, where he oversaw the expansion of the network of clinics to 17 clinics throughout Ghana. Prior to Rabito, Banguu worked at the National Bank of Canada and at Altamira Investment Services, where he was responsible for managing a CAD$50 million portfolio. Banguu serves on the Board of Directors of Rabito Clinic Limited, CarePoint Hospitals Limited, Golden Palm Investments Corporation and Cleanacwa.
Banguu graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and International Economics and pursued a Master of Business Administration at the London School of International Business. He holds certificates in Canadian Securities and Professional Financial Planning from the Canadian Securities Institution in Toronto, as well as certifications in Financial Markets from the Ghana Stock Exchange. He also earned an Executive Certificate in Business from Harvard Business School.

Chief Value Officer
Mrs. Nnenna Uche is the Chief Value Officer of CarePoint. She oversees CarePoint’s financial strategy as well as its accounting and financial reporting, investment management, tax and internal control functions.
Prior to joining CarePoint, Nnenna was an Associate Director with KPMG Professional Services. She has 15 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, financial and business advisory services to leading organizations across diverse sectors. She has a comprehensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and other applicable accounting and financial reporting standards. She also worked as a KPMG Audit Second Line of Defense Senior Manager, where she conducted quality and compliance reviews, root cause analyses (RCA) of quality incidents, internal control and due diligence reviews and other similar tasks. She is a KPMG accredited trainer and has provided training services in West, East and South Africa. She was also a member of the Audit Innovation team and actively worked with the team in automating age-long manual practices and processes.
Nnenna holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Banking and Finance and completed her articles, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She holds an Executive Education Certificate in Management from the Lagos Business School. She sits on the board of the foundation the Personal Development of African Children (PDAC). and along with her husband, she owns and runs a family outreach program for indigents.

Lily Hospitals, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Augustine Aregbeye Okogun, is currently the Chief Executive Officer, Lily Hospitals, a multilocational and multispecialty healthcare with branches across several cities in the southern region of Nigeria. He is keenly interested in healthcare systems transformation, and has been working together with his partners and other key players to grow the Lily Hospitals brand for over the past two decades.
Dr. Austin (as he is generally called) worked as an Occupational Health Physician and also as a General Physician at Chrisek Clinic, Warri, Delta State between 1995-2000. He later teamed up with two other partners to take over ownership of Lily Hospitals from its original promoters in 2001, where he has served as Chief Executive Officer till date. Besides Lily Hospitals, Dr. Augustine Okogun also oversees the operational activities of Carepoint Hospital, Lagos and serves on the board of Carepoint (formerly Africa Health Holdings). He also serves as the Managing Director of Mofmed Medical Solutions Limited, a healthcare supply chain company, and Bravohealth Limited, a healthcare focused IT company. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Echolily Investment LLC from 2014-2020.
Dr. Augustine Okogun also serves on the Diving Governing Board under the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity. He was appointed by the Edo State Government in March 2021 to serve as a member of its Health Reform Advisory Team. He also served as a member of the Award Committee of the Commonwealth Medical Association. He also holds non-executive seats in several socially-oriented organizations such as Ehiedu Development Foundation, the Tunde Ekpekurede Foundation, and the Society of West African Internal Audit Practitioners.
Dr. Augustine Okogun obtained his MBBS from the University of Ibadan and had his MSc. in Occupational Medicine from the University of Manchester. He is an alumnus of the Stanford University SEED Transformation Program and is currently studying for an online Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute, Strayer University in the US. He also holds a certificate in Enterprise Management from the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.

Head of IT
Mr. Patrick Dasoberi is the Head of IT at CarePoint. In this role, he oversees technology endeavors across CarePoint as well as all its brand companies.
Prior to working with CarePoint, Patrick worked with various multinational industries across Sub-Saharan Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Patrick has built an admirable career spanning over 25 years of working experience in Development Methodologies, Programming Languages, Web Technologies, Database Management Systems, Networks & Server Software, Operating Systems, Reporting Tools, Cyber Security, Machine Learning and Application Skills. This seemingly superhuman drive has produced spectacular results over the years and has contributed to the growth and development of the companies and organizations with which he has been affiliated.
Patrick Dasoberi holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of West of England. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from the Institute for the Management of Information Systems - United Kingdom, and he is Ghana’s very first Microsoft Approved Educator.
